CMIC FIRST MORTGAGE INVESTMENT CORPORATION ("CMIC FIRST")

CMIC First  is a new mortgage investment corporation with even more conservative underwriting requirements  than our existing successful CMIC Mortgage Investment Corporation ("CMIC").
 
CMIC First will yield the investor at least twice as much as current bank investment certificates.
 
CMIC First will lend only first mortgages, only residential properties, and only in BC. In major centres, where our lending will be concentrated, the maximum loan is 65% of the property value; in other BC locations, the maximum is 50%. Yields are projected at between 5 - 7% paid quarterly.  The minimum investment is $25,000.00.

This is an ideal investment for risk-averse investors.

CMIC MORTGAGE INVESTMENT CORPORATION ("CMIC")

Our well-established CMIC has performed consistently since its 1999 inception with an average yield of over 10% (when dividends reinvested).  The higher yield in CMIC is achieved with a portfolio mix of first and subsequent mortgages, with a maximum 75% loan to value.

Investments in both MICs can provide diversity in your mortgage portfolio. Further, your investments are eligible for your RRSP funds; simply talk to us about setting up a self-administered account. At this time, we are selling shares in CMIC First only.
