Each of our partners are involved in the daily operations and underwriting of each file. OUR PARTNERS

Kurt Schuman - Before joining Cove Mortgage in 1992, Kurt worked in the construction industry and had successful careers in real estate sales and owned a trucking business. He first started as a private investor in 1974 and got his brokers license in 1986. Kurt also holds a degree in Business Administration.

Mike Shivers - Mike started lending in Vancouver in 1976. Mike was the Vice President of two Trust Companies before moving on to Cove Mortgage in 1996. Mike also served as a Director of the MBABC for two years.

Joyce Luptak - Since 1980, Joyce has been the CFO for various successful companies in the property management, development, manufacturing and health care fields. Joyce joined Cove Mortgage in 1996, and holds her CMA professional accountant designation.
