Kurt Schuman - Before joining Cove Mortgage in 1992, Kurt worked in the construction industry and had successful careers in real estate sales and transportation. Kurt has been a private lender since 1974.

Joyce Luptak, CMA - Joyce was the CFO for various successful companies in the property management, development, manufacturing and health care fields before joining Cove in 1996.

Graham Shivers, BSc & BEd - Graham worked as geoscientist and teacher before becoming one of the top mortgage brokers in Western Canada. Graham is Cove's newest partner as of July 1, 2009.
