Cove Mortgage offers its investors variety of mortgage products varying by yield and risk, from ultra-conservative to medium-risk products. All mortgages are in British Columbia.

CMIC First	CMIC	Private Mortgages
Up to 65% LTV	Up to 75% LTV in Vancouver and Victoria	Up to 80% LTV
Up to 50% LTV on Strata in major centres only	Up to 65% LTV on Strata and outlying areas	Up to 80% on Strata

CMIC First is for risk-adverse investors looking for a conservative return on a conservative product.

CMIC is for normal risk investors looking for a higher return but with the protection of a pool of mortgages.

Private Mortgages provide the highest yield for savvy investors. Deals are custom and yields are higher than the other investments.
